Summer is coming, and with it, the energy of music festivals! At TotalMobility, we believe that the joy of a great event like MEO KALORAMA should be an experience that is available and accessible to everyone. It is in this spirit that we are preparing an accessibility operation to ensure that no person with reduced mobility is left out of this event.

For the second consecutive year, TotalMobility is joining MEO KALORAMA to create a truly inclusive environment. We know that accessibility is more than just ramps and dedicated spaces; it's about providing autonomy, comfort and the chance to experience the festival 100 per cent.

What are we preparing to make MEO KALORAMA more accessible?

We are working on several levels to ensure a memorable experience for all festival-goers with reduced mobility or other specific needs:

Clear and Detailed Information: Even before arriving at the festival area, visitors will be able to find all the necessary information on our website and MEO KALORAMA channels about access, adapted transport, reserved parking areas, the location of accessible raised platforms with a privileged view of the stages, accessible toilets and support points.

Adapted Transport: In addition to public transport, an adapted shuttle between Gare do Oriente and Parque da Bela Vista will be available for people with reduced mobility who use a wheelchair.

Personalised Assistance: A team of TotalMobility professionals and dozens of volunteers will be present at the festival to offer support and personalised assistance whenever necessary. From arriving at the festival centre to locating accessible spaces and providing assistance during concerts, we will be on hand to ensure everyone's well-being and comfort.

Exclusive Spaces and Products for Disabled: Our accessible elevated platforms on the MEO and SAN MIGUEL stages will offer unobstructed views, allowing everyone to enjoy their favourite artists in comfort and safety. At the accessibility point you can request the loan of various support products that will make it easier for you to get around during your time at the festival.

Awareness-raising and training: We believe that inclusion is built on knowledge and empathy. That's why we're working together with the MEO KALORAMA organisers to ensure that the entire festival team is aware and prepared to welcome all visitors in the best possible way.

Because we believe in a culture of inclusion at music festivals, for TotalMobility, accessibility is not an extra, but a fundamental pillar in building a more equitable and just society.

We believe that music has the power to unite people, so physical or other barriers should not prevent anyone from feeling that magic.

At MEO KALORAMA we will once again have the opportunity to demonstrate that it is possible to organise great events that truly welcome the diversity of visitors. We're excited to be part of the movement and to help make the 2025 edition even more inclusive and memorable for everyone.
